    My daughter pick up lunch thru the drive thru. The order was wrong. The big crunch sandwich was plain, only was supposed to be without mayo. He taco supreme combo did come with the supreme fries and the taco did not have sour cream on it. The fries were cold and soggy as if they had been sitting there for quite awhile. I only live a few minutes away from the KFC on Pembina near Chanceller. I live on the corner of Chancellor and Lake Crest Road. There is no way that anything should have been cold or soggy in that short drive. All I can say is that KFC has gone so down hill in the past few years. I don't know if it is poor management or what. Also the store at that location is not very clean looking. I do not think I will go back to KFC again. Your prices are very high and your quality of food is very low. Thank you. Gail Anderson
